For the year 2009 the European Commission co-financed the project submitted by the Municipality of Bucine “The Memory of Future – San Pancrazio and Lidice from places of Remembrance to the future built by the new generations”. |

| The project foresees, besides the Workshop for Peace (open to the participation of 10 young people from Lidice – Czech Republic) and the March for Peace (with the participation of a delegation of 5 people from Lidice), the realization of a on-line Theatre Workshop, in which all Italian and European young people can take part. |

| The on-line theatre workshop will be based on themes as peace, active remembrance, respect of human rights, rights of citizenship.
Young people participating in the on-line workshop are asked to send to this website poetries, pictures, or images, texts about the above-mentioned themes. These materials will be used to realize the Workshop for peace and elaborate a theatre representation. This theatre product will then circulate in the countries of the partners which participate in the Lidice’s commemoration and in the States members of the European Charter of Rural Communities.
